Hi folks,

It's hard to believe that we're almost halfway through January. And with the weather challenges we've faced, it has seemed like the season has gone in fits and starts.

We had an amazing race last week! Great performances from everyone. This week we have races in different places on different days for the MS and HS, so read the update carefully. Also, looking ahead, the first Coaches' Series race will be on Sunday, January 28. Just two weeks away!

The plan for the week:

Monday: practice @ Bretton Woods Nordic Center 11-2:30 pm Classic (and you get to see me finish (hopefully) my first 15k classic race)

Tuesday: HS race @ Plymouth Classic (not sure about transportation); MS practice @ Proctor 3:15-5:00

Wednesday: practice @ Proctor 4:30-6:15 classic

Thursday: MS race @ Gunstock Paintball biathlon, HS practice @ Proctor 3:15-5:00

Friday: off day/travel day to Lake Placid

Saturday and Sunday many of our HS skiers will be competing in the second Eastern Cup weekend of the season held at Mount Van Hoevenberg, Lake Placid, NYLooking ahead to next week: Monday January 29, MS race at Beaver Meadowand a week of classic practice before the Coaches' Series at Holderness.
