Hi folks,

I hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving break. While the weather wasn't cooperative for some on-snow work for me, I hope that some of you were able to get out and enjoy the oddly warm holiday.

I was able to get the ceiling of the trailer insulated, so we won't have as much condensation dripping on our heads this year. We also have our new wax boxes almost all set.

Returning skiers should check to ensure that they have everything in their ski bags and that they have prepared their skis.

This is the last week before we officially start practices. There are some challenges that we'll face with the next few weeks of early darkness and hunting season, so please wear appropriate clothing for the workouts.

Here's the week:

Monday: Classic skiing technique (double pole and striding) 3:00-4:30

Tuesday: Hill bounding/striding 3:00-4:30 bring headlamps

Wednesday: General Strength 3:00-4:30

Thursday & Friday- on your own (I'll be at Yale Model Congress in New Haven, CT)

We'll have more information regarding next week's practice as we're awaiting word from Proctor on the snow situation on the Nordic trails.

Hope to see you soon.
