Good afternoon!

We got to ski during November! What a gift. The snow looks to stay around for a while and we'll use it. We are still in the before season workouts that are open to anyone. We'll be continuing to use the high school grounds to work on balance and weight transfer this week.

Monday 3:30-4:30 @HS CLASSIC double poling and no-pole striding

Wednesday 3:30-4:30 @HS CLASSIC double pole intervals

Saturday excursion day to go skiing. We'll find some snow. Maybe Great Glen or Bretton Woods, or somewhere closer.

Make sure you've filled out the Proctor release form

We will be on snow at Proctor on Monday, December 9.
